Microsoft Dynamics CRM is pretty easy to use once you know, and master, the basic principles and learn how to navigate around. Customisations you’ve made to suit your processes add another layer of complexity – after all your aim is to get consistency in the way people work. From basic familiarisation training through to custom training on your unique system and processes – we can tailor something to suit.
Of course, this is far easier for us if we’ve done your customisations and are familiar with how your CRM works. If another provider has done your customisations, we’ll first need to give your CRM a once over. Believe it or not, we’ve worked with a lot of clients who have come to us to solve training issues, but the real underlying issue is the usability of their customisations and the way it was built – not the skills of the people using it. Your system should work the way you do. We’ll help you to figure out your best bet for your dollar – fixing the system or training the users. Or both.
Confidence is king
Ideally, interacting with your CRM is a big part of every user’s day. A confident user is a productive user.
Confidence comes from knowing with absolute certainty what will happen if you press this button … or that button. Frustration and apprehension are the natural enemy of confidence. Give your users a good grip on the basics through training and their confidence will build on the job.
Deep or shallow
You can decide how deep you want to go with your training.
You might assemble a small team of ‘super users’ that you want to give a deeper level of training as a support to other users. We can teach CRM adminstration skills, even basic customisation.
But usually, the basic familiarisation training is enough for most users. You decide what’s right for you.

To train your users we need to get familiar with your CRM and how it’s set up. If we see ways to improve the usability of your CRM, we’ll certainly speak up.
Better usability means less training and less frustration. This can only be a good outcome for your business.
