Ideally, interacting with your CRM is a big part of every user's day. A confident user is a productive user.

Confidence comes from knowing with absolute certainty what will happen if you press this button ... or that button. Frustration and apprehension are the natural enemy of confidence. Give your users a good grip on the basics through training and their confidence will build on the job. 

 

Deep or shallow

You can decide how deep you want to go with your training.

You might assemble a small team of 'super users' that you want to give a deeper level of training as a support to other users. We can teach CRM adminstration skills, even basic customisation.

But usually, the basic familiarisation training is enough for most users. You decide what's right for you.
